Zeeshan Hayat is a visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience founding and leading successful ventures across diverse industries, including ecommerce, direct marketing, healthcare, wellness app development, and multifamily construction. As the CEO of Kudos Technologies, he drives a culture of transformation and innovation, developing systems and processes that empower SMEs to navigate business complexities. His customized software solutions focus on streamlining and automating sales, operations, and marketing activities in a thoughtful and holistic manner.
A passionate advocate for community upliftment, Zeeshan believes in the power of personal connections and giving back. In 2007, he co-founded 100 Meals a Week, a grassroots initiative to deliver meals and essentials to the homeless community in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside (DTES). This effort has since provided over 250,000 meals. In July 2019, he partnered with multiple NGOs to co-establish the Muslim Care Centre (MCC), which, in less than a year, distributed over 600,000 meals to those in need.
In 2021, Zeeshan launched the Pixel Moments campaign, a micro-philanthropy initiative aimed at raising mental health awareness. He has also contributed to mental health and addiction programs as a former member of St. Paul’s Hospital Future Leaders Committee. Dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders, Zeeshan mentors MBA students through SFU Beedie’s MiB program and inspires budding entrepreneurs in Junior Achievement’s Be Entrepreneurial program.
Zeeshan’s exceptional leadership and community contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the BIV BC CEO Award, BC Export Award, BIV Forty Under 40, Douglas College Distinguished Alumni Award, and EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. His company, Prizm Media, has been featured multiple times on the Growth 500 list (2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019), Deloitte Technology Fast 500 (2015), and Globe and Mail Canada’s Top Growing Companies (2019). In recognition of his impactful community work, the Government of British Columbia awarded Zeeshan the Medal of Good Citizenship in 2020.
